My work is rooted in the heartfelt belief that everyone has the capacity to heal. Through kindness, listening, and compassion, I support you to calm your mind, release stress, and find balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Healing & Energy Work

I offer one-to-one sessions combining Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and intuitive guidance. My work also supports family healing, as shifts within one person often begin to ripple outward, bringing more understanding and connection to those around them.

QIGONG

Qigong is a gentle movement practice for all abilities that nurtures your body’s natural energy, calms your mind, and strengthens your spirit. I teach weekly classes, welcoming everyone who wishes to reduce stress, find balance, and reconnect with themselves
